Hi, I'm Lizzy
I live in the shadow of the Malvern Hills in Worcestershire with my husband and three children. If you asked my friends and family to describe me, they'd probably say I'm quietly confident, passionate and a bit of a maverick.
I've always marched to the beat of my own drum- it's no coincidence I called myself 'Rebel Birthing'. I don’t believe in following the crowd. Instead, I’m here to help you carve your own birth, on your terms.
Pregnancy and birth have been profound vehicles for change within me. They've pushed me to question my beliefs, re-examine my values and get clear on who I truly am.
Birth is far more than the physical act of bringing a baby into this world; It's a deeply transformative and spiritual journey- one that has broken me, rebuilt me in a new image and lead me on this calling to support other women on their own path- to help women like you reclaim their birth stories.
My career as a Policy Advisor means I'm the expert in digging up facts and understanding how to hack the system so it works for you. I bring this proactive, driven approach to my doula practice so you can make truly informed decisions.
